At PetWave, we offer a 100% Live Guarantee on all Live Insects and also guarantee our Frozen Products.
If anything in your order is missing or arrives deceased or defrosted, please contact us at customercare@petwave.com.au with your order number & details of your claim (including photos) within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the delicate nature of some PetWave products, as well as our commitment to our livestock’s health and safety, we are unable to accept returns of livestock (live insects or frozen products). Please make your selections carefully.
