Terms of service
Frozen Policy: We do not send Frozen goods to the Northern Territory or Western Australia. If you are in these states and wish to order frozen, please first contact us at customercare@petwave.com.au. We will not provide you with a refund or replacement if the product arrives to you thawed, is unusable, or gets lost in transit if you go ahead with the order, living in these states/territories.
For the rest of Australia, please order a minimum of 2kg (1kg in winter) of frozen per order. If you do not meet this requirement we will contact you to organise a refund or to add to your order. If you wish to go ahead with sending the original order, we will not provide a refund or replacement if the item comes to you thawed.
Superworms: Unfortunately we cannot send our superworms to Tasmania due to quarantine rules.
